The album was recorded live at AT and MIAM studios in 2007 within a week period. Selen Gülün, Serkan Özyılmaz (piano, keys), Yahya Dai (sax), Şenova Ülker (trumpet), Cengiz Baysal (drums) and İlker Özalp (bass) are guesting on the album. Also with the lyrics she wrote for the song "Tuzak", Pınar Uçarlar is contributing to Yol.
The album is dedicated to Nükhet Ruacan and Ajlan Büyükburç who are both very precious names for Turkish jazz.
